She is also a vital part of the leadership team for the Twin Cities chapter of Conscious Capitalism. Rosie's first book, "How to Build a Thriving Culture at Work: Featuring the 7 Points of Transformation," serves as a blueprint for organizations seeking to break free from outdated paradigms. Her latest book, "Rehumanizing the Workplace: Future-proofing your organization while restoring hope, wellbeing and performance," earned a Reader's Favorite award.
